Yes minimum 2 tonnne will be eligible for choosing home delivery option less than two tonne may collect the product from our factories by placing the order through portal via self pickup mode.

What is the Cancellation Policy?
- Nouriture believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
- Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 4 hours of placing an order.
- There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category.
- No cancellations are entertained for those products that Nouriture marketing team has obtained on special occasions like festivals, etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore, cancellations are not possible.
- Refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good within 4 hours.

What is the Return & Refund Policy?
Conditions for return:
- Please notify us of receipt of a Damaged / Defective product within 1 days of receipt.
- Products/Items should be UNUSED.
- Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels and invoices.
- It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage of goods in transit.
Refunds:
- We will process the refund after receipt of the product by Nouriture or its business partner. Refund will be processed based on the mode of payment of the order-
- Orders paid by credit/ debit card will be refunded by credit back to the credit/ debit card within 7 to 10 working days and the refund will reflect in the next statement.
- Orders paid by net banking accounts will be credited back to bank account.

What are the Shipping Charges?
- Shipping is charged at a variable rate depending upon the distance of the delivery location. The final shipping charges will be shown to the customer before they pay

- At nouriture.in we handle each and every product with utmost care. To make sure that the products bought by our customers reach their destinations in the best state, they are treated with good quality packaging. We ship throughout the week except on Sundays and public holidays. Products will be delivered at customer place through our own logistic team or via delivery partner of Nouriture.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?
Orders are dispatched within two or four working days after the order has been confirmed. Most orders are delivered within 2-3 working days in all the states. Delivery of all the products will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. If a parcel is required to be delivered in less than the specified time of delivery, you can always mail us at orders@nouriture.in and we will try our best to make the delivery as swift as possible.

What if the product is received in damaged condition?
44.If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please call our customer care at 9903395044 or email us at orders@nouriture.in mentioning your Order ID. We will personally ensure that a replacement is issued to you with a nominal additional freight cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.
